Standard marketplace
Definition
The operator lists units on rentiful.ai. Renters discover and are matched to those units through the Rentiful-branded Renter Loop. Rentiful earns commission on signed leases that originate from rentiful.ai.
Renter-facing surface
The owned surface: rentiful.ai. The renter interacts with the Rentiful brand throughout. Operator identity appears at the unit level, not at the platform level.
Commercial terms
- No upfront cost to the operator.
- Commission paid to Rentiful on each signed lease originated from rentiful.ai.
- Exact commission percentage is commercial and negotiated.
Loop-level impact
| Loop | How the standard vehicle shows up |
|---|---|
| operator-loop | Default acquisition and onboarding variant. Domain A pitches access to Rentiful demand. Domain B onboards units into the rentiful.ai listings pipeline. |
| renter-loop | Vehicle-agnostic. Acquisition comes through Rentiful-owned channels and is Rentiful-branded throughout the conversation. |
| financial-loop | Invoicing runs on commission-per-lease. |
Notes
Standard marketplace is the default assumption in every loop spec. Where a operation is described without specifying a vehicle, it is standard-marketplace behaviour. The White Label vehicle is described as a delta from this default.
